A: We accept payments mainly by T/T, Western Union

A: If the broken bottles were broken, we will provide same amount of broken bottles again freely, and ship the substitute together with customer's coming orders. We could also refund some of the payment too.
Q: Could you print the logo or label on bottle according to customer's request?
A: Yes, we could provide customized service, such as silkscreen printing, decal, hot gold/silver stamping, frosting, laser
engraving and customized packages.
Q: Which mode do you normally use to delivery/ship goods to customers?
A: For samples or trial orders, we ship by express, door to door, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS.; For bulk orders, we ship goods by sea based on FOB, CFR or CIF to save freight cost for customers.
